I was hacked, I received an email telling me they were changing my email.
As soon as I clicked to lock the account

account vipercps doesn't seem to get hacked for real,
there is no security log such as email address change, any password reset or anything
trust page doesn't show recent email change warning, and bpip shows nothing too
could it be that was a fake email just to get you to initiate account lock?

Follow this thread: Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords (you should sign a message using a BTCitcoin address, not an ETH one).
- Having said that, hilariousandco might be able to unlock it (not sure if he/she accepts ETH signed messages).
