Well yes and you just answered a person that's looking for those that he wants to invest.

When people are asking for what are the best ICOs for this month or for this year, you will get few decent answers. But expect  that there will be bunch of shills that will come to this thread and will endorse you their "best" ICO that they have been working for or invested.

Best ICO without a doubt has to be the XAYA ICO on Liquid exchange: https://app.liquid.com/ico-market/CHI

I made a post about it recently, I'll quote it here:

The best bet nowadays is to stick with ICOs from veterans in the industry that have a proven track record and already offer some products/developments at time of ICO.

I'd like to share a project I personally work with, called XAYA, which, as an investor,  I recognize meets all the benchmarks required of a solid ICO. XAYA is a blockchain dedicated to blockchain gaming that addresses all the issues faced by gaming on Ethereum and other blockchains. This includes a number of unique features, of which I will list a few:

* Language agnostic: publish games in any language, including via Unity SDK
* Game Channels: state channels specifically for online gaming that enable 100% blockchain gaming that is real-time and infinitely scalable
* Major industry support: First game (Treat Fighter) from TrickyFast Studios is in open beta, Soccer Manager (25 million downloads) is launching Soccer Manager Crypto in December.

This project comes from the inventors of blockchain gaming in 2013 via Huntercoin. It's network is already live and it's already being used. ICO is listed on Liquid exchange, which means automatic listing upon completion of the sale. You can check it out here: https://app.liquid.com/ico-market/CHI

If you are curious/skeptical about the tech, the CTO delivered a comprehensive presentation at Blockchain Games Summit recently: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMd9mvc8pqA

there are many ICOs that we can follow and some in my opinion are very worthy of investment, maybe the Coinanalyst that I know is very promising because coinanalyst provides ai for us investors to be able to detect ico scams quickly, and in my opinion the technology is still nonexistent including some ico rating websites that are less accurate to detect ICO scams, I hope Coinanalyst answers these challenges

Are people still doing ICO's?

Seriously though, haven't really come across any compelling, although I did see that Caspian (https://caspian.tech/) are holding one in October. They did some deal with Coinbase, and they seem to have a credible team. They've 90k+ in their Telegram group.

Only thing is (as with a lot of ICOs), their utility token doesn't seem to have a convincing utility. Design seems slightly shoehorned in.
I am also surprised when they say that investment capital has decreased, development has stopped, at least this reason should stop people from investing. And the question here is not even a fraud, but a deep bearish trend and a protracted correction.

My best icos for October is gym: the icos started about few days ago and the technology behind it is supper.  You will be able to mine and make money through gyming. I have been following them and the have a very good team and the team are working very hard to deliver.  Another ico that I admire this month is buddy and that is why because many people are saying good thing about them.

its so hard to predict good ICO, but if you want guaranted 40-50-60%  in 1 month - its joke. but you can got pasive income - 20-30 and more in 1 year. without blockchain - in allday life - in my country is only 5% income with deposit in bank.

and i think blockchain and ICO project is better then - HOLD money in bank.

but all people want MAX % in minimal days. its bad.

And this should be the first red flag to make people wary, when they start promising profit, and in big numbers without anything else to back it up. I invested recently in a token that promised a share of dividends, but only after a year,,, and it was only an estimated figure of around 8% after 1 year maybe more or less depending on performance,,, also based on rental income (real estate).

It is so, so hard now to determine what is good and what is bad, and STOs are taking over from ICOs with utility tokens. Hope it is not another fad.

I like to invest in ABYSS, this is the first DAICO game development coin, in my opinion if a game development project will be more successful in the future, because of the interest of many people . So I decided to invest in ABYSS now, and will wait until 1 year later.

I can't recommend an ICO, because as good as the ICO is still possible to become a Scam. But there are some ICOs that are quite interesting to me. I think there are too many ICOs today who have the purpose of making an exchange.

everyone has given his advice and everything is different, but that does not mean that it is certainly potential and promising for you. you still have to do further research and discussion to choose the best from the suggestions available here.

98% of the ico's are scam projects.. If you look at there projects most of them are bs projects..
Create a token build a website write about bs projects make a whitepaper create a roadmap scam peoples money..
Developers token creators found a way to make money very fast..

Coinmarketcap and exchanges need to work together to stop this ico hype and ban 98% of the ico's..

More then 2000 coins are listed on coinmarketcap.. Crypto is not what it was in the past..

Now everyone tries to buy ico with the hope for 50x 100x so he can dump his coins to make money.

Its a ponzi scheme you buy for 1 cent hoping for 10 cent to dump it somebody else who bought for 10 cent hopes for 1 dollar..

Glad to see another supporter! Have you tried playing Treatfighter? It's in open beta now.

And imo Abyss doesn't hold a flame to XAYA... Many are suggesting blockchain will make a natural penetration of gaming in the near future. I'd we want to look at every gaming project in the space, I think XAYA is the most poised to see this adoption. I wouldn't be surprised if XAYA is worth more than ENJ in one year's time.

I have now run out of the most promising projects.

I believe that the AZBIT and World Bit Bank projects will pay good fees to the participants of the bounty
