Most of those people that saw his tweet actually misinterpreted him. Buterin has done a lot of technical work on ethereum project development and he can't just make such statement that he can leave the project unexpectedly.

Why would he leave? Ethereum and Buterin are worthwhile together. All he has to do is trust the community and develop Ethereum.

He got personal problem aswell, thinking that vitalik will always stick to ethereum is just so wrong on many level also, why people thinking that ethereum will be dead just because vitalik is leaving meanwhile ethereum from the beginning was meant to be decentralized meaning no one owns it but the community.

Nothing should change, ethereum is a great coin by itself and by decentralized logic we should not care if Vitalik stays or not, he doesn't own ethereum like a company or something, he is just another part of the chain and if he leaves he leaves.

Ethereum will survive without Vitalik, it has a strong and caliber team working behind this project. However, in investment side it's better that he stays to shut down all the rumor and prevent FUD.  Good news then, that is why we have 5% increase this few days.
