I am still hoping to assist in any way possible that just might see 2020 being the year that serial scammer Dean Nolan was finally jailed for various crimes related to betking.

I'd strongly advise against doing any business with Jonathan Levy. It will surely be a colossal waste of time. Do not give him any personal information or money.

He's the same guy game-protect claimed to have representing him, so I did a little research a while back. He's crazy and, more importantly, clueless when it comes to cryptocurrency.

He makes outrageous legal claims to cause waves. (like suing the pope for nazi gold, or suing the EU for $11 billion for failing to regulate cryptocurrency) Nothing ever comes of them, obviously.

What a coincidence the lawyer game-protect brought up months ago is now here at bitcointalk looking for victims of crypto casino scams to represent....what are the odds.

The jonlevy member is a fake. He is not a lawyer.

The phone number he posted is an answering machine in a female voice saying: "Thank you for calling teletext holidays...."

He is using a mailing address as his UK office.

The fact of the matter is he is not registered anywhere as a lawyer in any official register and is trying to fool people.

I strongly echo what TwitchySeal is saying and would go a step further advising people to add jonlevy to their IGNORE list.

I advise all people to avoid this jonlevy member like you would avoid the plague.

It looks like betking.io is going for another relaunch soon which means maybe another set of bankroll investors will be targeted but it could also mean something else is on the agenda.

Everybody should beware and stay away from anything related to betking.io otherwise they might never get their funds back...

Now that betking.io has yet again been re-launched I think it is fairly safe to assume at some stage there will be an exit-scam. The owner operator of betking.io has already used various excuses when closing down the website.

If previous victims of betking consider taking a united approach in legal action it might stop a new generation of investors becoming victims.

You are all advised to remember that if you sent any funds to betking.io either for participating in gambling or in order to invest via any new tokens that they will put up for offer with ROI that simply will not be feasible, you will not see your investment again.
