Hi. I heard that TheFund is planning to invest on the teams buying controlling interest. It seems to me that such a step is unreasonably risky.
No, no one is talking about controlling interest, but there’s a chance of buying company’s stocks. It seems to me that this is quite a rational investment decision.
So the stocks will be bought without getting opportunity to influence the following development of the projects which the funds were invested in? It seems to me that investors won’t approve such a step.

According to the WP, there will be 2 options: in case of the first one TheFund is making a direct investment and participating in managing the project, in other case it just buys stocks and manage them as a usual investment portfolio.

Is there any restriction regarding maximum amount of stocks that TheFund can buy from a particular company?

Sure. Their share shouldn’t be more than 20% of the stocks issued by the company.

What share of the total number of tokens is set on the ICO?
About 50%. There’s a number which it’s hard to remember, so you’d better check this info on the official site.

Good evening. Are you planning to invest in the ICO? You see, few of them end successfully.

What currency will the funds allocated by your platform to the reserve be stored in? Maybe you should diversify it?

Good afternoon. Can investors vote for emplacement of people who manage the company? It’d make the platform’s development as transparent as possible.

Let’s say that the members of your team will manage the projects which you invest in. How will they be able to hold concurrently positions?

Hi. Does not it seem to you that buying the entire company is weird? You see, 100% of stocks is too much.

Let’s say that a long-term investment in one of the project won’t be paid off. What impact will this have on ordinary tokenholders?

Are you planning to allow to use your tokens as a payment method within the framework of the ICO? ETH was badly hit because of this approach.
