But Lack of the information you given, can't surely answer your question.you would rather google about it to check more information about your country & bitcoin, read some good articles, so could helps you to understand better about it. the thing is, if you are serious about bitcoin & wanna use it, then govt. can't stop you cause you can use bitcoin whenever wish

The legality of bitcoin depends on the country you are from. There are countries bitcoin is not widely accepted for example Asia countries. While in Africa, you trade bitcoin at your own risk. It's only in Europe you can trade bitcoin freely without borders but their government are trying to implement some rules in cryptocurrency

Bitcoin was created to solve the problem of old banking system and centralization. This virtual currency make transaction fast secure and no any third party or government is involve during transaction. In most of the case it has it's advantage more than disadvantage. In some country those advantage are used properly by people and in some country those advantage are use very badly. Due to decentralized currency no any government can track the people and transaction. So this is aloso legal and illegal.

Frankly i think this is an alternative thing, don't worry too much about it and well if you are not too addicted to bitcoin, do one side of your job.

Illegal or legal, it doesn't change that fact that bitcoin is still very useful. We don't have a universal law on how to rule bitcoin, some country does not like it while some like it, so it could be illegal to a certain country but it's legal to the others, let's just choose, we are lucky if we are bitcoin enthusiast and we live in a country where the government are supporting bitcoin by regulating it. |

You can not worry about legal bitcoin) Bitcoin will be legal only if the legislators or the government of a particular state formally in law or by-laws determine the status of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as well as the conditions and procedure for their circulation in the state. If the state has not yet made any decisions on the cryptocurrency, it can still be used until there is a specific prohibition on the part of the authorized state bodies. |

Have many country started to payment System in bitcoin. I think bitcoin is legal for this county but my county have hard Inhibition for bitcoin. So bitcoin is not legal for my county. If i think about bitcoin, bitcoin is legal for hold world cause it is a online currency. |

To be honest, I believe that it is definitely impossible to answer whether BTC is legal. On the one hand, it is kind of legal, since many countries do not prohibit its use. On the other hand, if we talk about BTC as money, then it is not legal, since there are countries that prohibit the use of surrogate money. Based on this, it is impossible to answer 100% whether BTC is legal or not. The most you can do is find out in the country where you live, how they treat BTC at the legislative level. As far as I know, there are still discussions in the world about what cryptocurrencies are and how to identify them in the world system. It depend on your perception. In my case bitcoin is not legal nor illegal because if it do the government will going after those people who had bitcoin holdings but they weren't. In some cases, other countries like China are banning bitcoin but as reported they had own one of the largest bitcoin mining. Well, other government had expressing to adapt bitcoin as a digital currency like countries whom friendly with bitcoin like Canada, Japan and other countries.

It depends on your country because there are countries where bitcoin is legal but there are also countries that are not legalized but they allow the community to use it as a means of payment and as an alternative source of income. If it is illegal in your country, unfortunately, you can not use it freely because the authorities will arrest you. It's not an alternative source of income because bitcoin is just a currency, or a payment system, what give you the income is your labor, the exact job your do or when you are trading and you are profitable. I only believe it as an alternative currency but not an alternative source of income. |
