Most Ico’s this year failed even it is failed we have an option to invest in other crypto that will gains you profit. Invest in bitcoin long term then once it rises you can earn profit. No one can guarantee you because of the fluctuation of price invest at your own risks.

If ICO fails you should take challenge to get out from crypto market and find another way.
