Same thread created by two different users

I was just surfing through the garbage of posts on the BD section and found something really interesting and rather quite funny

Bumped into two same threads, same titles,same content but different users both on the front page

What's really going on in BD section
Please let the MODs look into this and probably trash one of the threads.

1. There's a lot of discussion happening in the Bitcoin Discussion and the moderators won't be aware that there are two threads that has the same contents.
2. That's why we have a "Report to Moderator" button at the bottom of the thread so the moderators will be notified and will check it.

The two accounts that made the post are likely to be Alts of each other or working together in some sort of farm, since the extract they chose for the article is exactly the same in both cases, and differ 3 minutes in posting time and only. Looking at both account’s posting history, it looks at a “whoops” on @FoxSof’s behalf, since it is not the usual style and he actually posted it before the other account.
 
Even if it were pure chance (which it is surely not), there is little value in general to just copy/pasting an extract of an article, providing to analysis or opinion, and being saved only by adding the reference to the original article from falling for plagiarism. Of course, @oksgvardukraine2018 could be accused of plagiarising @FoxSof …

Just report the second one as copy-paste of the first one. Mods will decide whether to merely delete it or to ban for plagiarism.

oksgvardukraine2018 already has a banned "relative" so it's likely as Ddmr said.

The style is the same consist by oksgvardukraine2018 in a merit farming attempt  posting articles with a reference in a hope to attract merit.

Somehow one of those posts he accidentally posted as FoxSof and them plagiarized himself.

Actually I find this a quite interesting thread. It is not just another plagiarized post - it is a plagiarized thread. It is an alt-farmer that messed up and posted two identical topics while at the same time complaining with several different accounts in multiple places about getting banned.

Had it been posted in another thread it probably would not have been discovered.
