For some reason the survey kept going back to the starting page a few times when i clicked on the Next button, happened like 6 times to me, but in the end i completed it

You have errors in sone questions. The ones I could remember:
1. Spending bitcoin only lets you choose 1 answer when I spend it on multiple (food, products, services,gambling)
2. Country of residence, if you choose other and enter, you can't proceed, so I was forced to enter something else.
