Already a week I can not withdraw coins from this exchanger. Support not answer. This exchanger is very similar to EXVO. They also allowed you to withdraw small amounts but blocked large amounts. I wrote to them in the discord, they banned me and deleted the messages.They also deleted my question from the main topic. Beware of this exchanger. They are waiting for large sums to rob you and remove the site as EXVO.

I have asked for explanations by discord and they have deleted my messages and banned me.

I am a planetpay developer and this is the treatment we have received.

They have limited my withdrawals. Do not use this exchange.

Never heard of this exchange and by doing a quick search about them, they have some scam accusation though its already resolved.

Looking at the ANN thread they have, its still young and its mod seem to be active. Though I'll wait for more review about them before trying them out. Reporting to moderators won't help with your case, they can delete posts by they can't help with issues outside the forum like Vaultmex's own site.

I was able to withdraw DOGE from this exchange a few days ago, but their withdrawal fees is just ridiculous compared to any other half decent exchange.

I do not recommend VaultMex for now...

this is the worst exchange I've ever seen.

I do not agree with all these negative feedback given.
I personally use this Exchange and the only time I had a problem, I've created a ticket as mod suggest in discord ch and after few hours it has been resolved.

For Instance , I use Kraken and Binance and both times I needed support , they NEVER replied to me in " no-time" but it doesn't mean these are SCAM exchange.


I think people always watch the "bad side" without thinking about the percentage related to the total amount of users .

Maybe I'm wrong, but you' re forgetting users who don't have any problem therefore are not complaining , and , I think they are the larger amount .

It currently appears as if nobody can withdraw anything of value from that exchange. Support there is vague stating that wallets are under maintenance for the past three weeks. I would highly recommend that nobody use this exchange until they allow people to withdraw their coins.
