They would really be keen on responding their users complaints if its already been posted publicly to avoid messing up with their reputation.
This wont really get big if they do really respond support tickets well into their customers.
In this specific case, we checked and all emails we received were answered within minutes or hours. (The one about this particular issue was answered in 6 minutes and with similar response times for the back-and-forths that followed).
