Blockchain technology is a peculiar stage of our development and evolution of society into something completely different from modern society.

What do you mean by "making the world go digital" exactly? Isn't most things already digital including money? Blockchain is an incredible tech and banking institutions are already starting to implement it, but the way they transact with money is already mostly digital. Most of the money in the world is just numbers on a screen and if probably even 20% of people tried to withdraw their money out as cash it would crash the economy. One thing I like about bitcoin though is you can't create money out of thin air or spend money you don't have, but that's where banks make their money. 

Almost everything in our daily lives is digital and everything works within a click of a button that makes our daily lives even better and easier. The only negative thing with this digital technologies is the fact that they make humans lazy to do things or tasks manually and they have the feeling that they will be unable to live in this world without this digital objects and machines that make a task easier.

We are heading to a cashless society with or without the blockchain technology. The internet and computer technology is gradually making cash unnecessary to carry about.
