if you try to run a search there are a lot more threads using it, i was thinking it had something to do with indexing in search engines somehow but i din't find anything
As I said those numbers are used to format the table, if you take a deep look you will notice that when the OP wants to divide the page to four cells width the same width he adds the same number (1....19) in the beginning of each [ td ], to divide to three cells he adds (1...24) and so on.
Sometimes the one who design the ANN thread wants to leave a hidden "mark" so all of those who copy-paste his format get easily busted.
There are easier ways to do that, by adding all those numbers OP risks to deform the post, he could simply add a hidden link to his profile page or the to the ANN thread.
(this is the most logical explanation I found)
