I think it won't happen because it does require such exchanging of information in each and every country to agree such plans but like what i have said. It won't happen and if there will be a chance then i guess the chances are very slim and it will get ignored by the government eventually. |

maybe in the future if bitcoin can be legalized it can be a universal currency, but I am more agreeing to bitcoin for online sales transactions if done for universal transactions can shift the position of money in a country. maybe it depends on government policies that exist to use bitcoin as one of the best uses.

In my opinion, to achieve this process, you have to go through a lot, and most importantly a test of time. Now this segment is not stable and causes many doubts. in my opinion, it is already a universal currency because we can use it anywhere in the world especially if we have an internet connection. I can't say that there is still no universal currency because there is bitcoin now. So I guess there is no need to discuss it in further. LOL. |

Bitcoin is already universal cryptocurrency. Because bitcoin use all over the world and so many fields. Bitcoin is a border less and no need to go third party. Bitcoin use blockchain system its also another reason.
Universal currency dosen't means it's used all over the world. Bitcoin used illegally over the world that's why it's not a universal or global currency. Bitcoin will becoming a global currency need a lot of high transparency. Because people's abusing it's in everywhere by illegal transactions. |

Yeah it can be and only time can tell. Although this should be tackle with our leaders in every country and the possibility can be achieve if we all can be united to support bitcoin for mass adoption. The rest could be history. |

I don't see it yet now, but i don't know if later bitcoin will developing quickly so it become the universal currency. Bitcoin volume is enough to become a global currency because it provide high liquidity, peoples will easily use their bitcoin and the others can accept bitcoin as a payment. The only problem i think only the speed of btc transaction. |

But it is used all over the world right? Bitcoin can be used to all types of transactions so you may not just see the possibility and application now but there it is. Whether illegally used or not, don't look at that part because even fiat money is being used illegally. It may not be the universal currency in the future or slight but it can be use by everyone for almost everything. I think its very hard and impossible for bitcoin become global currency like US Dollar. Bitcoin is decentralized and no authorities can control and to talk to. But it could be global currency in internet
It isn't hard if the adoption is vast, we didn't even expected it to be supported by some countries so impossible can be possible. |

bro, the price of bitcoin is always rising and falling is the main reason why until now bitcoin cannot be adopted as a common currency for shopping in supermarkets. which causes the price of ups and downs because bitcoin is not backed up by real assets, I prefer cryptocurrency supported by real assets such as USD, Gold or Real Estate. this allows investors to feel safe with the amount of coins they hold

it can be currency for global if all human know about crypto, but for a while. it can be global currency if it can be use offline mode like fiat. everything have power and deficiency, so, use it in the right place. i think crypto can use without eliminating fiat. if some people want to pay in crypto is available, and fiat too
