Part of why a single game takes some time (I think rougly 1:20 minute per round), is because it's meant as a simplified, social Blackjack game, where multiple people can bet on the same seat.
That's why the cards will keep dealing until all tables have 21, or bust, and then deal all the dealer cards.

Double-down is in the making, but because of the above Splitting is not possible.

We're working on more games, which include Private Seat Blackjack, where splitting will be available and the rounds will be much quicker as you can decide when the next cards will be drawn.

Zero fees on withdrawal is basically a common thing in this online gambling industry, of course the main idea is to attract users to play on the site with no worries of paying fee for their withdrawal. Obviously this should be applied correctly, I mean it should be used by real players only who wager on the site. If there is someone using it for their own good i.e mixing service where they only deposit and withdraw without playing then I believe the site has its own policies. No gambling sites will let their service being used for other thing like that.

As said by op, its totally fine with him and knowing Nano's features it is fee-less and almost instant transaction this thing wont really matter but as always been part of a traditional gambling site they should really make such restriction or wagering requirements they cant hold up users on that kind of system.
