You know Im on a diet but I know how to gain weight and the best you do when your qeight is not enough to your height you can go to gym and for sure you will gain weight after gym the best you do is eat more so that's your muscle will build up.

Very difficult course to gain weight , especially if the figure you endomorph itself know need to increase almost 2.5 times coloniest something to gain , and less activity to do

I'm seriously underweight right now at the age of 21. I'm unable to increase my diet, and still wish to get 1-2 inches increase in height and gain more weight.

Any tips?

I don't know about height but to gain weight you gotta change your diet, maybe you are not eating enough. Find food that you would've love and eat them. When you put food on your plate, make sure to finish all of it. Avoid having left over.

This is a good way but it increases the rate of cancer.
Better to rely on cooked food.

Eat more junk food.
That's surely going to help you gain more weight but the problem is most of that weight is going to be fat so your body will look very bad if you start eating to much. Better solution would be to go to the gym, while eating more healthy foods and that's going to help you gain some weight and also look a lot better because you build muscles.

I envy those people that has fast metabolism, right now I can eat whatever I want but you know the consequence. That surely will make me gain weight.

I envy those people that has fast metabolism, right now I can eat whatever I want but you know the consequence. That surely will make me gain weight.


That's usually how it is for most people. Want to gain weight? Eat a lot. Though i agree that it sometimes isn't healthy and there are people who can't seem to gain weight even if they eat a lot. Sometimes it's some disorder that needs more attention from a doctor or a nutritionist. Don't force it.  Sometimes you have to take suppliments and vitamins as well.

My body structure doesn't allow me to gain the weight I want. I can eat a lot of sweet and fat but will not get better nor on grams and this is my problem. And so for weight gain you need to follow the regime, then maybe there will be some result

Eat as much as you can to gain weight but it is good to get into a shape than being fatty so just eat protein diet and get yourself workout everyday and increase the intense level.

Gaining weight is very much simple than shedding weight. The only mantra to put on weight is just eat, eat and eat. You should eat as much as you can. And do not stress. You will gain weight.

Well, i heard alot of people are having hard times because they can’t gain weight as much as they want. I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or a bad thing tho.. Try to change your diet and force yourself to eat more.

Boiled potatoes or fries, fast food, eggs, milk , Rice, make your weight gain. moreover shake of banana or shake of dates is also good to gain weight You have to take it daily 1or 2 glass.

Gaining weight is so much easy for me. I suggest to all people that are not contented because they are thin, you should eat a lot in breakfast and lunch then after that try to sleep at least 4 hours and then eat again for dinner for sure it will just take a few weeks to see the changes.

drink each day alcohol and eat some solid meal ^^
these combo will solve your problems.

just take the energy/joule  from an Bottle Wine + YourFavoritFood.

if your metabolism is running in enrage mode,  you can easy burn 2-3k kcal

You are right if there is an increase in thyroid activity that leads to increased metabolism in the body, so it is best to consult a doctor and check the hormones.
