It's funny that my problem now is how to lose weight.I gain weight by eating food with carbs like rice and bread.

USE on a daily routine.
( Milk or Protein shakes )
( Rice )
( potatoes )
( Eggs with oils )
( Cheese)
( Yogurt )
( Beef )

I'm seriously underweight right now at the age of 21. I'm unable to increase my diet, and still wish to get 1-2 inches increase in height and gain more weight.

Any tips?
I think at the age of 21 the increase in height of a man stops. Gaining weight for most people is the problem of majority , but i think gaining weight is just easy , just eat foods with high in protein to have muscles and more calories and have also regular exercise to maintain it daily to fully gain weight. Drinking milk also will help someone to gain weight.

sorry to be the amongst those who pointed out that the chances of growing taller bare pretty much zero. Hit the weight room and you can improve your muscle mass instead.

Change the types of food that you eat and how often you eat - also, start an exercise/weights program which will help with gaining weight, when combined with your changed eating habits!

it all depends on your physique, and knowing it you need to draw conclusions what training and what diet to use. Contact the trainers in the gym. They will give you advice.

I suggest that you eat more food to gain weight. Ask a dietitian of what food would help you to gain weight.

Start eating protein and doing sports, that should help.
But you do not need to eat a lot of proteins, in large quantities they are harmful to the body.

Oh, I had a similar problem. And I knoew the answer: just start eating more and mor even if  u feel, that your stomach is full up

Have some good intake of protein. Try also to workout like calisthenics to increase the growth of the muscles.

Eat plenty of those rich in carbs and try to visit the gym -I believe they have programs in gaining weight.

A little muscle wouldn't hurt but you need a professional support about it. It is something to be focused with care as it also includes a balanced diet, not just working out.

You should go to the doctor and to gym to get your training and nutrition plan. Only exercises and proper diet will allow you to cope with your problem.

Drink smoothies, shakes and other drinks that can provide you with additional calories. Eat faster. Eat more frequently. Don't drink before or during eating, but after. Add oil to foods. Coconut and olive oil are what is recommended. Hope this helps!

It is not about eating everything you see obviously, it is about eating the food rich in carbs and natural fats. Try eating something nutricious.

eat a lot of lean meat, cooked beef,lamb etc. drink plenty of water ( real water not flavoured water or fizzy drinks or energy drinks) if your working out which i recommend, add protien shake to the water, or drink a mix of milk+protein powder.
eat natural foods with no added shit, for example, boring plain food with no added additives like sugar etc
examples of this could be:

breakfast:
oats+milk (add fruits for flavour and sweetness or cinnamon)
boiled eggs ( not fried)

lunch: protein bar or salad with tuna, try to get tuna with sunflower oil, the fat will help you.

dinner:
BOILED chicken breast or fish fillet haddock mackerel etc with SWEET potato (purple potato)

bedtime: cottage cheese and protein shake.

doing all the above + excising will help you increase your weight, you could always just eat plenty of junk fried food and get fat, but if you want real weight with muscle then do what i`ve mentioned and it will be fine.

remember you do not need to go to the gym or own a gym to get fit add weight or be healthy!

staying at home and working out is easy too, stick to the diet, do 20 press ups 3 x a day to work your upper body,
do 20 sit ups 3x a day to work your core
do lunges at home or squats with something with your hands ( a full milk bottle or something weighing 1kg+ would be perfect)

p.s you can not grow any taller after age of around 20+
