Eat a lot of ice-cream.
We know Ice Cream is one of the best way to gain weight because it is sweet or lot of sugar. But doesnnt mean that from underweight if you eat a lot of ICE Cream you will gain weight. The best gaining weight is to exercise and eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables eat 4-5 meals a day if you want.

I think that in such age you can try to increase your weight and height effectively with many natural ways.
The most helpful among them are:
- eating regurarly more calories than your body burns (you can use special calculators for planning your daily menu)
- eating more protein (it's a main 'builder' for muscles, that's why you need to include more meat, nuts, dailry products etc. in your diet)
- adding more weight lifting into your exercising schedule (it's another important thing for building your muscles, without such exercises your diet will just cause more fat in your body)
- avoding smoking (it's bad habiit for health in general and it's also one of the reasons for being underweighted)

Also if I were you, I would consult with a doc and get tested firstly if I'm really underweighted and need any treatments. Such problem can be also caused with hormonal imbalance, for example symptoms of low testosterone often include it, especially in case of men.

There are many ways to gain weight from sleeping to your diet but I will like to say you should try to like yourself the Way you are and it is important that you should not allow how your body is to disturb you too much.

If you have not closed growth zones yet, you can grow up! You need to go a doctor. There they will make a special picture of the bones. If growth zones are open, you can start taking growth hormone.
You are right that if you do not close the growth places in the bones you can also gain more weight.
It can also gain weight by storing fat and muscle mass

If you are trying to gain weight, focus on a balanced diet, weight training, and cardio. These are the simplest but safest ways to gain weight.

Just looping in -- kindly focus on cardio first while having a balanced diet. It'll go a long way.  Wink

taking the rest will helpful for you because I also being like you in the previous time but I don't gain weight but more before but after taking some rest in my home the changes will definitely seen by me and I gain weight suddenly my shirts are also very tight that's why I recommend this tips for you.

doing this work will definitely helpful for you to gain weight because if you work hard your fat and calories definitely reduce and the possibility of gaining weight was very very low that's why I am saying to take rest and do less work.

I think some people naturally had their weight to be reduced so we cannot change them by using something and it is the natural thing so why we can change the weight by giving something and in my opinion going with the nature is always giving you to the good future.

21 years old is the max Height increasing of every individual unless there's a special case on your part

Weight will depend on your diet and lifestyle so be with those people the loves to eat and take some gym tips for more muscles

height and weight are given by the nature so mostly we can't change them artificial and it is not good for our health also so if you want to gain weight you need to be increased them naturally.

gain the weight is little bit difficult for that you need to eat lots of calories then only the fat is increased in your body it will gain your weight but eating lots of food will be difficult so you must need to be trained for sometime.

Depends on what fat you should intake. You should get healthy fats from avocados and nuts.

If you wanted to gain at least 1 lbs every week, eat 500 calories more, meaning you should be in surplus always. For skinny person this might be a problem that's why the recommended method is 3 healthy meals then protein shake in between meals and of course, go to the gym and challenge yourself every week so gain muscle.

But first he need to find buddies because going to Gym specially for newbie is very hard to do

I don't think your height will increase anymore coz you're already an adult. But you can do something with your weight. Eat proper and healthy food and go to the gym.
