I understand the reason you mentioned, but I still did not leave cryptocurrency and chose to invest long term for now, with hope and optimism the market will recover

Bitter truth, everyone were jumping up and down when the value was rocketing, yes you have to leave the emotions in trading. You have to face bad times as well. Crypto is a new world you see lot of new faces here, let's believe in this for a good cause.

I agree with you. But it is interesting to trade every day if you have a big deposit. As for me, I check my exchange profile not more than 1 time a month.

trading  is  not  an  easy  job  because there  is   a  lot  of research  and there is  the  need  ofpatience so  not everyone  can  face  with  it  and  also  if you  don t  have  time  you  can  invest in  long term  investments.

Lots of people have stopped. Do you know the true story of the word HODL? I think it's worthy for everyone to read so that they can easily leave the stress. Also, before investing, you should know the market behavior.

1) Too much stress.

Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

2) Too much time.

Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.

3) I started playing blockchain games (not gambling).

It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

UPD:

I've noticed a lot of questions about blockchain games. Here is my games list on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games
Whatever you know best to do or whatever appeals to your interest, you just do it. Inasmuch as you find fulfillment in it, do not let anyone discourage you. Although i know nothing about blockchain games, but i am into bounty and trading and i can agree that both are time consuming and can be very stressful.

During trading, you need to leave your emotions behind the threshold, otherwise you will never be able to trade profitably. As for the time, I spend no more than three hours a day and it is not much. At the expense of gambling, it is an addiction with which it is better to go to the casino, not to the exchange.
Thats right emotions must be separated from trade because it will affect the end of result, because when you are emotional you tend to make choices without clear analysis. and I think trading does take a long time dude, and it's used for analysis and research, but it will be worthed with the benefits that you will get

There is no doubts about the stress and time consumption associated with crypto trading especially the Day-trading. There are bots made for this purpose now, which makes the trader capable to set the limits, thus the price at which the you want to invest and price at which you want to sell to make profit.

I quit trading as well basically because it is very stressful and requires a lot of emotional self control. The time spent monitors charts and making  orders can be spent doing more important things.
I prefer to invest and hold instead of day trading

Cryptocurrency has high fluctuacion and to avoid loss we should be trade it,  and to trade it we not necesary to spend alot of times.  We can only spend times just 1 hour aday by doing swing trading.

Obviously you just have no profit from day trading that's why you quit, only newbies think like this. I prefer trading because for me it's not stress and takes not so much time as you said before.

Completely agree (except for playing blockchain games... I've never tried that). I used to stress about the market and check on my favorite trading pairs constantly. And now I mainly just HODL and invest my crypto.

Financial Trading is one of the hardest professions of mankind, whichever asset class it involves, so it's perfectly understandable that

you don't like it and prefer other ways to benefit from and enjoy cryptos, I applaud your candor & good sense.

Basically, you stop trading because of that 3 main reason that you've listed. In my opinion, trading is a very effective way of accumulating coins that has a potential to become profitable in a span of time. In order to gain success with this, a crypto users should continue and become patient in doing such business.

LOL! These are very good reasons for quitting the trading game

You can day trade quite successfully if you have enough experience but one mishap and a lot of your profits can vanish in one go so the argument for simply settling for a well balanced portfolio and waiting patiently for returns really does have merit in this scenario

If you trade a coin you should know every aspect of it and you have to already know its price movements for last months or year. Then you start to understand its limits and so you will not control it 20 times a day. In addition, I think, there are few coins compatible for daily trade.

If you actually these reasons of yours are more than logical to give up on everything, all well and good. Although, I will still rather suggest you have a rethink and see a possibility of letting things interest you again. However, you may have to cut some things off; I.e, the idea of checking over and over again is not logical enough. Just take things easy, am sure you find your lost joy again.
