I don't think 1k usd is a dream and Ethereum already reached that price way back 2017. And now there is a movement in price and it's a good sign. I'm bullish in Ethereum this year and I will not be surprise if I see eth at 800 usd before the end of the year. However, I would start accumulating more eth and btc as for my long term investment.

We have to revive the ICO reputation to see that happen, successful projects that are using ETH platform before are also getting more ambitious creating their own blockchain, well, that maybe is already expected, therefore we need a growing ICO.
