No matter you sending as friends and family option.
It can be charged back also...
The only safe method is the sender of the bitcoin to send it after 160 days so you can't actually chargeback.
If you agree of that hold, i can sell you 1000$ worth of bitcoin after 160 days from your payment.
You are brand new profile, don't expect people to trust you here with paypal.
This is actually bitcoin forum, and people who sell their paypal balance for bitcoins, are well known here and doing it in most cases for favors or little profit.

PayPal's "friends and family" option is what it sound like: only use it with people you trust.
