Social media really inspires crypto because this is the way how ordinary people get to know what crypto is and how it is done, without social media i dont think bitcoin will be this famous now.

In relation to how social media affects crypto, it is mostly to do with marketing - the audiences that social media can reach is huge, especially the younger generation, and therefore I can imagine any crypto marketing targeting young people would be utilizing it

Well, there is a lot of misinformation spread around and also many people's personal opinions as well. I think a lot of bigwigs like to influence their followers to buy into a certain coin or token and so this also shapes the markets in some way as well. Or if FUD is spread around, some people believe in the crap and then they react, without properly responding to the given situation and bothering to do the right research before they take a certain action. I think many people get lazy in this area, so they just depend on someone saying something in order to do their first move and in crypto, we should always be keeping abreast of the right news and doing due diligence before investing in anything.

Social media is one tool that is very easy to reach by the wider community, this is certainly able to provide many benefits if taken on the positive side. And crypto is indeed good to be introduced to the wider community. With social media being able to develop crypto and later those who join will get the positive effect if it is done well.

From all indication  the youth of this era check their social media pages more than listening to news on radio station or television and the youth are the people embracing cryptocurrency so social media have much influence on cryptocurrency. Let us maximize it by disseminating positive information about cryptocurrency on social media.

When google and Facebook banned for advertising of cryptocurrency that made bitcoin and altcoin price downwards , social media want to promote bitcoin and altcoin at the future.

1. How does Social Media effect Cryptocurrency?

2. How does Cryptocurrency effect Social Media?

1. I wouldn't say "affect" because social media has only been a tool to be used. and cryptocurrencies have been using it to advertise. and with that they have been "spreading the word" for good or bad (mostly bad since the bulk of the ads is ICO scam)

2. the only thing that I can think of is usage of the technology in creation of a new social media in a decentralized way. we have not yet seen anything like this despite existence of projects pretending to do this such as steem but end up doing it in a similar centralized way.

1. How does Social Media effect Cryptocurrency?

2. How does Cryptocurrency effect Social Media?

Your thoughts on both , this could be very interesting.

1. Social media is how I discovered blockchains like Steemit! It's sad Facebook is trying to put a death grip on advertising cryptocurrency and blockchain but there's more than one way to skin a cat.

2. I believe it effects it positively and negatively. Positively because Facebook is banning advertisement on Crypto. If you ban something and people find out what it is, they'll be more interested in learning more. Negatively because the FB platform allows posts on crypto only when people in the mainstream are involved in it.

A tool that is able to disseminate all kinds of advertising is social media, social media is very easy to be known by many people so as to be able to make crypto develop well.
With the knowledge that has been obtained, surely the community will better understand and learn about crypto widely and more clearly so that to be able to join and dive in it.

1. How does Social Media effect Cryptocurrency?
Social media affects cryptocurrencies by potentially skewing people's opinions in general through pumping or spreading FUD. I think that's one of the main reasons why a lot of coins/tokens we have right now has such a high marketcap even though they currently don't do anything, mainly because of great marketing through ads and paid crypto influencers.

2. How does Cryptocurrency effect Social Media?
Right now? It affects social media negatively I think. A lot of cryptocurrency-related stuff that's being advertised and posted on social media are scams and concept papers rather than actual working products.
If that is the case, I only see that social media is something negative for cryptocurrency, such as spreading FUD and the concept of scams, perhaps from many ICO advertisements circulating. So far social media can have good and bad effects on cryptocurrency, that's what I feel. Imagine if a trusted person publishes something good about cryptocurrency on social media, then there will be many people who see and of course there will be many investors coming, and vice versa with negative issues that will make the market fall quickly just because of social media.

Yes. There's definitely a good and bad side of it. People can use social media to communicate on cryptocurrency-related topics and spread legitimate news, regardless if the news is good or bad, as long as it's legitimate. The issue is just the advertisements, but thankfully right now that Facebook became strict with the ads. With YouTube though? I still see those "cloud mining" and "cryptocurrency investment" scams once in a while.

Social media can be good or bad for bitcoin or any other crypto currency. Social media platforms today can help promote as an advertisement to the token and share to the world its features and the benefits of a decentralized market and investment. But it can also destroy it by advertising proganda and negative news about it or restricts its advertisement.

What are your thoughts on these 2 factors when it comes to Bitcoin and other cryptos.

1. How does Social Media effect Cryptocurrency?

2. How does Cryptocurrency effect Social Media?

Your thoughts on both , this could be very interesting.
In my opinion, social media is very important for Cryptocurrency. It will help the crypto market to advertise and people know it more and make the market grow. From developing Cryptocurrency will go back to making social media prosper. We are more famous and have more money for our media. I think both of these forms have a very close relationship.

For me they compliment each other.

1. Social Media make it easy for the cryptocurrency to be promoted (ICOs), it makes the consumer knowledgeable about it. It spread awareness and educate people to its Pros and Cons. The community and supporters becomes larger because of it.

2. Cryptocurrency gives a big impact for Social Media and help people who wants to capitalize their time by involving themselves to Cryptocurrency activities (blogging, trading, bounty hunter). Evidently, Social Media platforms benefited from more users/accounts produce by participating from these income-generating crypto activities online.

In fact the relationship between social media and Crypto has a good impact and a negative impact. On the one hand they can help each other to make the platform more crowded and can also promote each other to new users. And the negative impact is sometimes some of the information conveyed will be very far from reality so that makes most people become wrong decisions or get lost.

I think only the media can affect Cryptocurrency. Because the news will affect the psychology of investors and they will be willing to sell everything if it is bad news. Cryptocurrency really needs social media to help it more advertise on blockchain technology and ICO projects.

With the fluctuations in value and the investors who really became millionaires or billionaires when investing in electronic money it was really a piece of news spreading across the media. and also by means of media is the way to advertise bitcoin images to many investors. The crypto and the media are interrelated and the two sides are profitable.

Doing Economics and living by the laws of Economics are two different things. We have many consider themselves great economists, because they buy bread or learn that for them someone postpones pension.

It would be good if the things that are advertised are actually good and useful. But is that the case? Definitely not. Social media cryptocurrency ads are 95% scams.
