In my case, i depend on coinmarketxap to know which ICOs are having huge popularity, which are the hottest and which would be the best one to invest. There are other websites about new projects but it is just that this forum is an enough source of information when it comes on peojects being released in the market because all crypto projects are having bounty program to promote it including on this forum.
