If you're looking for a reliable source of purchase LocalBitcoin is very popular and KYC heavy which means good security as that is something crucial in these aspects. There are also several options that are reliable such as LBC but you should look them up first hand to see if they're what you're looking for and meet your specific criteria. Hopefully you'll find the right one.

I have never had any problems with coinbase so I don't know where those issues are taking place. Coinbase would be the best option for you.

Through my personal usage I have found coinbase pretty safe and good. Then there is a option to buy directly from a seller which is not that secure though.

Coinbase has always been a good source to buy bitcoin. You can also use localbitcoins. My suggestion will be to use coinbase because it's more secured.

Localbitcoins could be a reliable option due to its inception of KYC. Coinbase is a well secured exchange though. And even if you have issues with that, just move around your coins in a hardware wallet.

Don't be afraid of coinbase and you should not stay away from it. Coinbase is the most secure and trustworthy exchange ever I have experienced. Without hesitation, you may buy bitcoin from here as don't trust localbitcon. For information about btc you may search on google bitcointalk excrow .

I am not happy about it, but I use Coinbase pretty regularly and it doesn't seem to be much of a problem for me. There are some issues I have with Coinbase, but none of the ones you listed as why people have said to avoid it.
If I purchase coins through Coinbase be it Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Litecoin, It is very rare that I keep them in coinbase for any amount of time. I usually almost immediately move the coins to some other wallet or exchange after the purchase has gone through. For that reason, I don't think you really need to worry about "Coinbase owning your coins".
My biggest issue with Coinbase is having to use a Debit card to make immediate transactions. If I don't want to use a Debit card I have to do a bank transfer and those can taken an annoyingly long time. It stinks having to wait for your money to come across into Coinbase and by the time it does, the price has rebounded from the low that you wanted to purchase at.
Keeping all of that in mind, Coinbase is still one of the quickest and easiest ways to get into the crypto market. If you have a Debit card get that setup on your account and you should be good to go. If I do purchase Bitcoin, I move it into Mycelium wallet after I purchase it. For Litecoin I move it into Jaxx and Ethereum I move into MyEtherWallet.

You can buy Bitcoin from a few of the senior members here. They earn the coins from their signature sponsors, and are prepared to sell them to members they feel they can trust.

We have a pump group with over 2500 accredited investors that pump and hold coins. The team also spends thousands of dollars on advertisements during the pump making it last longer so everyone can profit. The group's last pump reached over 5500%! - t.me/iblockchainglobal https://i.redd.it/e2dfucqrbhu11.jpg

Is this for Bitcoin only - this was the question in the OP. What is the advantage of pumping and holding? If you want to hold your Bitcoin for the long term, then it is better to buy after the pumpers have sold and the price drops.

You need to make purchases and exchanges only on proven exchange services, well, or use other proven and reliable ways to exchange.
