I try my best to stay away from crypto and learn other things. I drop every now and then in here to do my bounty requirements.

Create distractions around you, see a movie, put out long calls to friends and have a good laugh, have some sex if you have a girlfriend  . I tend to stay away from looking at the charts, even though it can be pretty difficult to do, but I still try

I'm just proceeding with my goals, when market are reds I use to leave it one a while so I won't get bothered and tempted to sell out to panic,
my view to this situations still clear to buy into dip and sell when its already rising, it's hard to chase the movements from time to time so better
to have concrete plans and enjoy waiting with positive attitude towards investment.
