it's all about the current market situation. Which is absolutely not fun. Projects cannot collect the money needed for development.

That should be expected as it is a natural principle. Most projects are dead because of poor management by the team members because they lack the expertise in crypto and failed to seek for counsel from experts. Also, projects with no backing product or tangible ideology behind is likely to go down the drain as it will lose the interest of potential investors.
Nope, they are dead or dying because that is what they are intended to be,most of them are those shit project with shit management and developer, with shit team behind and they are created just to gain profit and nothing more, meaning they are a scam project thats what we called them.,so for the investos to victimized they pretending to be legitimate and misleading the cryptonians,so please be aware of this and prevent from becoming another victim guys.lets be more observant and careful about this damn scammers

Investors matured as well unlike before wherein there are many investors even if the project has no backing or product because the market is doing good. However, in the past year, those projects that weren't able to implement their projects and those who are taking a long time to implement their project, their investors got discourage and then left that's why many projects failed along with the delisting of several coins in the exchanges. For a project to be successful nowadays, it should have a clear plan as to how it would be able to earn and has a high possibility of being successful. If it has already a working product then that would be good.

In my own opinion if why many projects out there are already dead because this projects did not meet the expectations of many investors out there who will be able to support and backed until the realization of their project, most of this projects may had no appeal to its investors or certainly has no relevant uses in our daily life that's why their project lacks the support and eventually turn up dead.

There are numerous factors that count for the death of crypto projects on the market. One of the causes maybe as a result of the idea and product behind the project. If the product of the project is not in demand, the project is likely to fail. One of the commonest cause of the death of crypto projects stem from the fact that they lack strong and supportive community. Remember, the community serves as the fuel that power the crypto project on the market.

I agree that most projects die because of poor management by team members because they do not have expertise in crypto l. This is a major problem so far, so it's worth seeing who the team involved in the project before we join in.

Indeed, that can be some of the reason why a project is failing. Lacking on the support of the community/investors is a major effect that decide the future of a project, loosing it then it means there will be bad future for the project itself.

The reasons are many. The main thing is the lack of investors and, as a result, low fees for ICO. And if the project does not raise money, then he has nothing to develop.

Yes it is true, i think many projects are dead now because they have no teamwork, mismanage of the project and misunderstanding of both investors and the owner.

I think it's community support I have seen a project with the working platform but it does not generate support from the community the ICO was a success but the dev failed to market the platform for the community and because of this investor losses confidence and sell their coin at a loss. because of less demands come to the project,, and this is because the project didn't get enough support from the community ,, as you said investors loosses their convidence to the project thats why a lot of project dead Yes, many project are dead as stated in the above topic, a lot of participant on ICO with different project ideas and principled applied yet sad to see, they did not sustained the support system for such project, it maybe due to a lot of indicators such as, failed market strategy, unclear white paper, the platform is not stable, and above all, they did not attract the consumer's confidence for such coin after ICO launching in the market, this are just few of the indicators that can be among the reason for such project to fail.

Major reason is it's not hyped enough or the investors are quite low. The hype of the community is a great help in making the projects success. A good project without enough investors has a high possibilty to fail.

To be honest hype is great for making money but for me it feel like temporary things. just look what happen after some crazy hype of the some last years project, the project can be failed too right? Hype can't guarantee that IMO. For me it is depend on how serious the developer & the community when treating the project for become successful in the future, and some of project nowadays aren't so serious on that.

Many projects focus on the early crowdfunding campaigns. After they have raised enough funds, the development of the project has slowed down, and they are not concerned about the trading situation of the exchanges, resulting in lower and lower prices of coins.

Beside form the lacking of investment, there is also it lack the support of the people who should be the one utilizing the coins, when ever they lost their trust on a coins, that could be the end of that coin itself.

It is all due to the lack of entry of new funds. The projects require new money and new people. The capitalization is not growing, investment is falling, here is where you die.

This is true, and at the same time, a lot of projects are aiming for a short term profit only. Then after that, they gonna leave their project dead and their investors frustrated. This is quite a thing now this 2018. I hope in 2019, projects that is not good will be reduced.

I think bad marketing is the main reason why projects can't collect funds and die. It doesn't matter what is selling, the main thing is how.

I look forward on the projects that will exist on the market and can be useful, project that will help to build up the market.

Some projects are deliberately made to die to spoil investors and take their money. Other projects do not have a solution and a vision for the future, even if the team members want to do the right job. There are also projects where team members are inexperienced and projects have no future. I would not invest a lot of money in ICO projects because they are very fluctuating and can die. It's a big risk, which I would not assume. If it's small, it's worth trying, because it can bring you a big profit. The crypto market is so exciting because there is diversity and you do not get bored.

in my opinion, many projects die because the project, obviously it is not possible for the ICO target to reach its target, but also the developers who run out of funds or not solid, the dev team has internal problems, even if there are no investors
