So i got some MTGOX USD. And i purchased about 30 BTC, then i went and withdrew them from MTGOX to my BTC Wallet Address.

But theyre not showing up in my wallet and its been about 8 hours, is there something im missing or is MTGOX just sucking?

You can check the blockexplorer for your transaction.  If it isn't there then it never happened.  If it is there then likely something wrong with your client.  Does it have right block count?

Well it sounds like some kind of delay.

The good news is that while Bitcoin is psuedo-anoymous there is no way for a company to say "we already paid you", or "the check is in the mail".

Even if you think your wallet/client may be borked there is always the block explorer

http://blockexplorer.com

You can lookup any address and see all the payments accepted by the network.
If there is no transfer from Mt.Gox to the address you gave them ... then no transfer happened.
