This account was hacked, and I can't recover it either since the email address was changed as well.

I've already PM'd both of the admins, but I am still waiting on their reply. I hope one of them read this thread so this issue will be resolved.

Message Verifies!

Hopefully, a Mod might be able to help, depending on the situation of course. It will take awhile to get the Admins to get
to your PM. I would suggest "bumping" this thread once a day to keep it fresh in their minds. Hope you get it back!!!

I've left feedback but it doesn't look like the account is active.

I did send a PM each to both of them (of course in a correct format), but the one I sent to Theymos doesn't have a subject name... I kinda forgot to put it since I was in a rush to fill it at that time.

Is it a good idea if I send it again with a subject name on?

Only send it again if you don't receive any response in a few weeks/months, I've personally sent Cyrus PM every two months when I wanted to recover this account.
Also, you might want to use non-generic name on your PM, maybe something like "Help, account lost and need it to be recovered (signed message available)"
That name will catch Cyrus or Theymos more as they also received spams everyday, you don't want your PM's to be put inside spam folder Roll Eyes

I've left a feedback too, but since I'm not in DT it won't show on your account.
If you got your account back, you can send me a PM and I will remove it Smiley

I just read this now, sorry for the delay of my response. Haven't accessed this site for over a month.

Alright, I'll see what I can do. I'll resend both of my PMs today with newly generated signed messages. Thank you so much for helping me. Wink

Bump for visibility.
It's been a long time since I visited this site.

Unfortnately there's other Hero members that have been up to a year already, some people more than that, after delivering all the required cryptographic proof. Insane indeed, but there are good news: theymos is working on some sort of automated system for account recovery. My advice is not bother until this system is in place, otherwise you will just frustrate yourself waiting for nothing. We can only hope that the automated system works and comes soon enough (apparently it should be coming sometime next year).

This should have been solved a long time ago, it didn't, so the result is a massive backlog of people waiting. It is what it is, what can we do?
