when I'm stressed I usually play a few games, for me it really helps to reduce the burden of my mind

Chain smoke cigarettes, drink large quantities of alcohol or energy drinks and gamble. That combination will take your mind of any distressing life problems guaranteed! good luck.

Whenever I'm stressed, I usually play video games, listen to my favourite musics.or watch TV. This often distract me from boredom and stress.

I don't know why, but for some time, it just seems a bunch of things are piling up and I'm just cranky and burst out of stupid reasons. I probably am not as stressed as other people are, but it just seems a bunch of things are piling up against me and my usual system of solving things doesn't work properly anymore.

I come home, make tea, take something yummy, turn on tv or something i would like to watch aaand appreciate my life. Grin It is not so difficult, just try. Sometimes it is right to do pause and to think about nothing.
