I am trying to understand the origin of my stress. Writing it on the pice of paper or typing on the laptop can help you to discuss this problem with yourself. It is really important to reflex such things not to have them again.

When under stress, i will sing!  Nowadays, with those karaoke apps, I can always sing!

walk around, in the house or outside. fresh air also helps me greatly.

Do some yoga and mindfullness that is very helpful, also some meditation. 10-15 minutes should be enough a day to have some resaults! But honestly get yourself a boxing bag and just destress Smiley

Help  Embarrassed Usually when i´m stressed i play my best favorite music list, that helps me a lot.

When I’m stressed I go for a walk and listen to my favorite music. Also I like watching some TV-series. Just do whatever I like and what makes me feel better.

Exercise is a stress-buster. Doing it outdoors makes it less boring too. You can run, hike, swim etc.

There many things that you can try when you are stress or mad. You should try some of the things I do.

*Run a mile
*Take a cool shower and shave all your head
*Eat something sweet like a chocolate or ice cream
*Watch your favorite tv series
*Talk to your best friend

What i do when i am stress is i watch my favorite animes and movie marathon , its my stress reliever. I am not going somewhere i just want to be inside our house , in my room , i just want to be alone and do all the things i want to do. I do not think about any problems so that the stress i feel will not get too strong for me to feel. Just watching all my favorites movies will relieve my stress.

We all suffer from the effects of stress - some more than others. In this world that is getting faster and wanting more from us it can be hard to keep stress in check. From our jobs to our relationships stress seems to be apparent everywhere. It is just a part of life. Or is it?

It doesn`t really matter what you do when you`re stressed but rather what you don`t do.
Everybody has its own stress coping mechanisms, they are different for all. The main point is to refrain from taking important decisions when you`re stressed.
Many people ignore this simple rule as they think that they`re all right and can push a little bit further - but in fact the choice will be far from rational.

I usually drink hot black tea with lemon and honey and watch some movies. Also I go fo a will and listen to my favorite music. It helps to stop thinking about problems.

When I'm stress out, I watch my favorite episode of my favorite TV show...Or I read a book or I write to clear my mind and remind myself that life is too short to be lived in a stressed way. Just breath and you'll realise that the thing that stresses you  is not that much worth all that stress.
