I'm not saying it's a scam by default or whatever (believe it or not, some services start up with good intentions), but the operators are more than likely running an illegal service without licenses/registrations within the jurisdictions they operate in. That's reason enough to not share with the outside world who they are and where they are located.

That's also why exchanges as Yobit and Hitbtc aren't sharing any information of that sort. Using an exchange like this is Russian roulette at its best.

the fact that they ignored me for days only shows that they do poor service, with that kind of ignoring people when they ask questions, shows that they too can easily ignore support tickets. I did not ask absurd questions so they should take your business more seriously and respond to me. But they chose to ignore me and stick with their "job". that's pretty generic answer of yours. i guess.
the problem with this kind of exchange is that - because of very few traders inside, the market is not that good and that you might end up not getting your money back. or when you decide to withdraw your money, either it would take years to get out (sarcastic mode) or you wont get anything at all. ending up submitting ticket that will not be resolved at all. so nope, better deal with known exchanges that you know your money is safe. my 2 cents though...
