the fact that they ignored me for days only shows that they do poor service, with that kind of ignoring people when they ask questions, shows that they too can easily ignore support tickets. I did not ask absurd questions so they should take your business more seriously and respond to me. But they chose to ignore me and stick with their "job". I hope people do not use this exchange until they show more transparency

that's pretty generic answer of yours. i guess.
the problem with this kind of exchange is that - because of very few traders inside, the market is not that good and that you might end up not getting your money back. or when you decide to withdraw your money, either it would take years to get out (sarcastic mode) or you wont get anything at all. ending up submitting ticket that will not be resolved at all. so nope, better deal with known exchanges that you know your money is safe. my 2 cents though...
