My opinion its developers sell their token himself and on listing sell tokens and dump price.
Its hard to believe what investors allways sell buyed tokens cheaper

It's always been from project to project basis, there will always an exception through all of this scenario, some ICO that slide down during their first week on the exchange are now gaining ground, not profitable back then but there are still an exceptions.

I am sure there is bounty hunter no reason of this falls, many projects which haven't paid yet to hunters already trades under ico price

Yes, the fact that coins are constantly decreasing is partly due to bounty hunters, so I think there should be measures for these hunters to lock their tokens within a few months. Wait for the price to stabilize then open it. That is in my opinion.

I think change is coming soon to combat this fraudulent ICOs. Investors can't take this anymore, losing their money to scammers. We just have to wait for some time and observe the movement of the market.

Continuous price fluctuations has made sad to the entire crypto community as the value is dropping everyday. Moreover the bounties too not give good return as expected. A bull run will solve all the issues I guess. Let's wait and see how the market will be in upcoming days.

Yes, many investors who have invested in ico projects suffer losses this year. Even those top projects that collected hardcap are below ico prices after listing on the exchange. They are trying to add a lot of exchanges but the situation does not change or changes for the worse. No one knows where the cryptocurrency market will turn and whether these investors will turn out to be profitable in a year or more.

Major declining in cryptocurrency occur in the last few months, For the increasing of all those coins would take some time before it could reach it's previous level. I hope it will be started soon, perhaps at the end of this year.

The success of any ICOs is detected by the price of the leading coin which is bitcoin, the more it pumps the more the success of the ICOs with reference to last year pump in the price of bitcoin many ICOs  reached even their Hard cap having been riding on btc reaching ATH however reverse is the case this year due to the bears controlling the market.

As you well know, the market is currently unstable. The ICO has done what it can. The rest seems to depend on the big investors, who are keeping a large amount of coin. They are the "sharks" of that ICO.
So, the ICO is hardly going to retain its value. Do not expect them to pump, unless there have miracles.

The main reason is that the market is dropping causing all ICO to be dumped. All ICOs have been dumped at the exchange, and the dumping has been heavy, with prices falling about 3-10 times that of the ICO. And investing in ICOs is certainly not profitable at this time

what I learned from all this, I think the dev is only hard at making the price according to the ICO based on the products they make. well, they don't have complete control of the market, and the prices of their products. so far, I think the thing that makes the coins they make having high prices is the quality of the products they produce.

Even though some ico have succeeded in reaching hardcap but after entering the market no one can keep prices from falling.
I did not find ico who managed to maintain his position in cmc. I think Iico must have new rules.

Currently ico due to the number of investors less than last year so much should occur dumping and their prices are not as high as expected, I feel now invest ico high risk ratio. I hope that the market will overcome as soon as previous years

Most times the prices goes low as a result of the dumping actives of individuals mostly bounty hunter on the project hitting exchange. Most investors hold their coin but are frustrated by the activities of dumpers

The reason why token got very low value when it hit the exchange is the fact that most of ICOs are launched when the value of ETH is in it's all time high and when the token hit the exchange the value of eth is $200-300.

Jan-Mar, price of token in eth is 0.00002, value in USD = $0.024
Exchange
Sept-Oct, price of token in eth is 0.00002, value in USD = $.006

I recently heard that the ICO run is not yet over, infact it is still in it's infant stages, the days of ICO profitability would return and it will do that with a bang!.
