Does anyone know about Bitcoin-tor.org? Is this a legitimate or fraudulent website?

Today I stumble upon this site and am not sure what this is?

Does anyone know what that is?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

A similar topic has been posted a month ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5029605.0

The answer you're looking for:
If it's flagged as deceptive site then I wouldn't use it If I were you, what does it contain though? If you're looking for wallets use Bitcoin.org, and if the site is asking you to download any software or type your private keys, don't.

I don't think it is.
I came across a post some days ago about theymos considering buying out domain names linked to bitcointalk to discourage fraudulent look a likes.
I would be careful of any phishy imitation.
