It's quiet simple here. First you should Google : The basic grammar of English - it will show the result in your local language. Then learn those knowledge by yourself, after all you can look for videos, movies, musics on Youtube, it help you a lot in improving your English skills.

You may learn and constantly improve foreign language skills by watching movies and tv series of your choice. Documentary movies also help in certain areas if you need more specific terminology. Start with using subtitles and then switch them off. Do your best to get an idea without catching every single word. Reading books helps a lot to improve your writing skills. Read as many books, magazines, articles as you possibly can!

I learned English because it is included in the education system in my country, from Prep school up to College there is an English subject that is required to take.
I suggest that you watch and read english based series and stories because it really helps. You can use dictionaries if you don't understand a word.

I think that the best option is watching movies or TV shows in English. Also it can be games. Anything where you need to immerse yourself in this language completely, that he would surround you everywhere

I think watching series or movies with subtitles help like other things that can get your ear used to the language. I use Grammarly on Chrome to for help with the grammar.

i want to learn english are you have any solution to tech me i mean website, or pdf or etc
Want to learn to speak in English? Then use English to learn. What I mean is, go ahead and use it on your daily basis. Watch some movies without subtitles to also adopt the accent. Go to your youtube and look for some educational videos. Start with the basics like pronunciation, grammars, stress. I won't recommend you the transition type of learning where you translate your former language to English one by one. I swear, it won't work so go ahead now, use your English every day and don't be too afraid of using it and just learn.

It depends what level of English you already have, you can start with a dictionary and a notebook writing down all unknown words and verbs. Learn the regular/irregular verbs. Learn some grammar. Learn some popular phrases and so on.

The real "secret" is to study a little EVERY DAY. Make it a habit. And do anything that is interesting. Language study books can be boring. Studying boring things make it easier to quit. I recommend Duolingo, videos and youtube. (language learnign and anything interesting in english) After a while you can try to read interesting books in English. If you are a beginner, then read something you have already read in your own language. Could be as little as 10 minutes a day, but some days much more, however you want. Consistency is the secret in achieving anything. Thats a incredible suggestion, I´m going to put this into practice

Try to listen to podcasts. You can listen to special podcasts focused at learners like BBC learning English 6 minute English or listen to usual podcasts. The main thing is that it should be interesting. You won't notice how fast your skills improve Watching cartoon can also be a fun way to learn. And, well, grammar books. It's boring but at some point it would be helpful to read some grammar rules. By the way, BBC learning English also has grammar podcasts. There are many such websites but I used it the most.

The first advice is, learn by yourself, learn to identify what you lack and then learn it, vocabulary is the hardest part.
