I learn english because I watch movies who are speaking in english, I have also dictionary book and also a dictionary app .
You can learn english from school but the problem with the person now they are lazy to not understand english subject.
For this now there is a lot of way to learn english now .

I never learned English in school.
Ussually, as I heard, teachers are to busy and don't have enough time to explain everything.
I learned English when I was in America alone, 15 years ago.
Everybody around me was speaking only English so I had no choice but to also speak English.
It's the best way to learn any language.
Live, think and speak 24 hours in that language only.

The best would be to have a teacher in a presential english course, but not everyone have money to take paid classes. Thankfully there are youtube videos focused in teaching english to people, since the basics.
You need to search for a local youtube channel, from your country, where you can learn since the beginning. It's very important because you can fix some little mistakes you may commit by not learning some english rules.

Furthermore, you can make a combo of: english lessons on youtube + english music (with headset, and if possible musics which speak clearly, not only slangs and bad pronunciation) + online content to be read, like in games and news.

English is the very simple language to learn and speak so first of all we need to change your mind set it is very tough for everyone and there are lots of YouTube videos available to teach you how to speak and learn English very easily.

If your time allows it then watch as many movies as you can where the actors speak English and also turn on the English subtitles so that you can hear and understand what they are saying. Even though this could not be very pleasing, everytime you see a word or sentence that you don't understand go and search the translation of that worf/sentence in your language. This is not really the best and fastest way to learn English but the advantage is that you can watch some movies/series you like while learning something new.

I think Google Translate will also been very useful to to learn the English meaning every time and it will also came with the voice recognition option so you can speak in your own language and convert into the English words.

If you are a beginner and you don't understand English very well then Google translate will help you a lot to learn new words and also learn how to speak and understand people that are speaking. But keep in mind that Google Translate is good only when you are using it for words, meaning that when you want to translate a sentence it will not be very accurate. For basic sentences, like My name is.... it will show you the right translation but for more complicated sentences it will have problems.

Better watching englsh commentary sports as well,but this is not going to help the right grammatical english.For learning the perfect eneglish then you should appoint a teacher and complete all the courses.

Now you could learn English at home. English will be difficult for you, but the way of searching is very easy. You should see a lot of videos on YouTube then search about it and subscribe the best channel. Because a lot of channels are working, you should choose which one will easy for you. To be honest I just watch youtube all day then i understand english then I watched english movies and etc but you can take a online course so that would easy for you.

Instead of watching it’s more appropriate to read English books with sounds so you can actually practice and might learn it in proper way

The if you don’t understand something use google to find the right meaning,just learn one word a day after a year you already learned 365 words which enough to talk with someone using English
