I also bought altcoins which are not top 100 of Coinmarketcap if it has fast value movements in order to do daily trading, I know that currently the crypto value is bad and it will be more profitable to hold but sometimes trading daily is very profitable for us, and holding won't always end with big profit.
Daily trading can indeed generate profits quickly even though market conditions fall when compared to just holding coins, because now if we only hold coins we will lose time because waiting for prices to return to high levels will take a long time even though there are many predictions in 2019 there is an increase the price is quite high but it is best to trade every day. |

Buying not but I'm always holding my coins which I get from bounty rewards. In my opinion it's not profitable at all when I dump all my coins on an untrusted exchange and when everyone elso is doing the same. Price will always be undervalued and in addition I would risk my coins being hacked on this untrusted exchange. It's always better to take some hours for a good research which will make you aware if a project is promising in long term or if it's trash. These coins can be worth much more compared to time of receiving. |

I buy coins strictly from the top 100 because I am sure that they will show good growth in the future and they are more reliable

Sure, if they are not in the top 100 it does not mean there are no good projects. Coinmarketcap is a very subjective thing, not all coins are there and frequently in the top 100 there are coins, which has $1000 daily trading volumes. |

yes that's a high risk, like me bought altcoin not in top 2-100 and the price is jump to down and loss much money for investing in shitcoin but not investing in top altcoin is not make you in a safezone, make decission after you research by yourself |

Old coins ( at least top 50 ) is less risk and has a good history back ground, but the disadvantage is the profitable rate is too low. While the newly arrive alternative coins has a high risk to scam and easy to die at this time. Better to earn a low profitable percentage rate than throwing money to those newly altcoins.

The coinmarketcap website is helpful but you can find some great coins without looking there. You need to search ICO's before they start, follow them and never miss their milestone times. Thats how i invest to a coin or Project. I would recommend you to do the same.

I do not recommend that you buy outside of the top 100 coins, of course, is too risky. No need to buy outside of that while many coins are listed on the top chart that has the potential to give you profit.

Investing in not top 100 coins and tokens are more dangerous because no one knows what will happen and at samevtime if you choose rightly they tend to have more profits than top 100 coins sometimes ,not every time though so i will say pls do better research before investing in not top 100 coins ,they are very risky
