In case of Bitcoin. Of course, I agree.
What about ETH? I agree too.

But, have a look at the others on the market. I don't even know why should people use their service. There is no real use in real life.

If you don’t need Blockchain, then you as well does not need cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency cannot work without the blockchain and same blockchain; I haven’t seen any other thing one can do with blockchain apart from cryptocurrency. I have seen people say a lot of things that can be done with blockchain including message encryption, but none of those has been done yet. But as for cryptocurrency? Yes you still need blockchain.

Banks are also now adopting blockchain and they admire the reliable way to save money with the help of blockchain as it’s well developed technology.

There are hundreds of industries start making use of blockchain technology but unfortunately OP is against it due to serious of bitter experiences with lots of scammy coins/projects. He must understand that due to few wrong examples, we cannot ignore a versatile new invention.

People or countries/communities that lack resources or have issues managing their information probably do.

Blockchain Technology will make lots of new things to the world generated by the cryptocurrency and people also getting profit so easier when comes to blockchain technology so the economic development will definitely need blockchain as a part of their journey if it not happened the development will definitely be affected.

When I see there are too many ICO and shitcoins on novaexchange. I keep asking myself: do we really need blockchain technology?

In case of Bitcoin. Of course, I agree.

But, have a look at the others on the market. I don't even know why should people use their service. There is no real use in real life.

An ad management system on blockchain? - We already had Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
A social network on blockchain? (steem) - Do we? I don't see anything but a centralized forum hosted on a random hosting using its currency to pay for the writers.

There are too many projects  that we don't really need it on blockchain.

Sometimes, I think there is a black swan (Blockchain is useless in real life) lurking around.

It is no secret that many advertising platforms use bots. Such sites can advertise themselves and remove negative reviews on the Internet. In the case of blockchain, no organization has control over the list of advertising sites. The fact that the site is not a fraudster is confirmed by members of the community by voting. This is decentralization.

I can say yes! Blockchain technology is highly transparent and decentralized and the fiat and regulated system we have is not transparent.  Why many words economy is in deficit today is because of the fiat system.  The system is created to make some people rich and that is why we should be able to make used of blockchain technology that will save the world economic from the hand of greedy politicians and financial institutions.

You guys are both correct and with that explanation we must really need a blockchain technology because it is important to us .   the only problem is that other company , organization and government will they also accept it ? some wants the traditional system because they can easily modify their data's and of course to do evil things but if they are already using blockchain , they know that they cant do these anymore .

Blockchain technology is very convenient to use, then yes it is very helpful to us especially in an online transaction that has transparency but the thing they did not like is Bitcoin they refused this due to the unregulated system which is decentralized. Hopefully, government and blockchain technology will join forces everywhere in the world.

Yes, for most applications, they don't actually need a blockchain. These projects are using the heat of blockchain.

No, if not for the blockchain you wouldn’t be here talking about cryptocurrency. If blockchain should be removed, then there will be no way for you to make use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, Ripple and the rest of them. So, blockchain is still important. I’ve also been seeing some companies working projects that are similar to that of blockchain, but none of them has done something unique with it, they still focus on the same transaction which is what the current Blockchain is already offering to us.

That is the point. All the system and innovations are always coming with pros and cons both. If we are able to make our day to day life better out of those innovation then we must adopt them immediately. This way, we must need blockchain technology. In-fact we all need blockchain because with blockchain technology thats the only way individuals can get  their freedom  . the fact that you see allot  of shit project and shitcoin doesnt mean there  shouldnt  be a new project , Everyday they discover new solution to a new problem , so the fact that there is google and Facebook ad doesn't mean there shouldn't be new ad project because they might  have problem where  people  might  have solution to that ..  So put in mind that there is always a new discovery and solution to every problem so there is always going to be a new project ..

I think the blockchain technology usability will increase with time, and it have indeed a very shining future. I agree with you that there are so many ICO projects trying to involve this technology in useless domains, but there are also many projects having good concepts.
