I bought BTC at 6k a few months back and sold it at 5k last week and planning to buy back later. I wish I had sold earlier. Now I’m just waiting it out and will buy a bigger stack even after losing a portion of my initial investment.

As for me , you should not invest in ICO  projects right now because the market is very bad , it's quite risky when investing ICO now . It will be better when investing the top coins on coinmarketcap  , when the market recovers , you will get the profit .

If you have a good asset then investing is still worth it, so I think the best thing we can do is to wait because possible market change its situation. As of now, I have seen and heard of many ICO projects that turns out to be a scam and some of it is pure legit ICO but after the conclusion of the sale, the developers is gone without a trace. Now my question, is it still safe to invest? And if it is, where can I find a good ICO that is good for investment and good in terms of bounty campaign. Please can anyone help me.

I think as long as you can hundred percent be sure that the ICO you are joining is legit, joining in it is still a rewarding investment. So it is important that you research and study very well the ICO you are joining. THeir bounty campaign would also give a hint that the project is legit. Check if the stakes are realistic and the manager running the bounty is trustworthy or has proven track record.

Yes there are so many projects right now that has been turn on into a scam project but not all of them right now are scam. There are still legit projects that has proff of work and their platform has existing already. Lets just choose projects wisely. But opposite of that is, yes at the time right now, investing are very risky

Well i do think right now its the best time to invest and its still safe to invest, but you need to choose wisely what coins you gonna buy. I believe good coins will survive for example ripple which is having a great time right now and have a big partnership with bank CIMB. I would now recommend you better invest in those coins that are already traded on the exchange. Especially now, when the price for them is very reduced. You do not have time to blink an eye as they grow up and you'll be in profit. This is the best solution as these coins have already passed the stages of time checks.
