Looks like this year the bull run is definitely not going to happen. Most likely, a slight drop in prices will continue over the next few months. But I believe that already from next year we can see an improvement in the situation. From the middle of next year, a full-fledged bull run can begin.

In last 2 weeks we have good raises in the market, could you say to bull run or not but usually every coins turned green and the hodler feel fine at the end. I believe that this raise will be Show itself in new year too. I think the bitcoin and the ethereum price went down too much and the raise won't stop soon.
