Well last year not happen, but i think we can have a bull run before next bitcoin halving, and until then all we can do is to accumulate more coins and hold them until bull run.

We're about to get into bitcoin halving 1 year from now. Everyone starts to speculate about the bull run because bitcoin halving looks good and is one big event to trigger to make the prices go up again. Get more bitcoin before the bull run or halving because it will increase difficulty in mining which will make the demand higher.

Yes because the reality is that all of us are always expecting a bull run every single year but sometimes our expectations failed us because there are years that bull run didnt occur ( for example last year 2018 ) but last year was seem to be more obvious because the market shows a negative trend while not unlike this year that the market is now healthy  so yeah it was expected that the bull run will be succesful this year  .

entering 2019 then i did not have confidence in the crypto market to recovering, but i just guess that the increase would soon happen slowly but so far to be honest i was a little surprised because in the second quarter we almost hit 6000$ which seemed like an increase which is good in my opinion even though the correction is still happening so far which makes prices a little stagnant

The Halving gives less inflation for bitcoin and that makes sense to call that as a good point to expect the pump. Bitcoin will grow even more consider less bitcoin will have distributed to the market and miners dump less bitcoin time to the time dude.

i think it remains to be seen. the market is very fragile recently. some small events caused Bitcoin to fall by 5%. the confidence of investors has not fully recovered. we need some exciting events.

I think so, the market looks promising in April and I'm sure this is a sign that the market is soon a bull run, continuing to buy potential altcoins is important to be able to get big profits from bull run.

There will be no "more" bullrun. when the bullrun happens it will certainly happen in a long time and I think the bull run doesn't happen repeatedly in 1 year as you say, if the bull run comes of course it will happen for at least 1 full year, and we will see a market full of colors green, and we haven't seen that yet

Small-scale bull run may occur in 2019, if the price of bitcoin can pass $ 10,000 in december or before, then the opportunity for bull run in 2020 is certainly greater than this year's market red again.

Predicting the trend of the market is really not my thing because even so called technical analysts fail at it but it is very likely we are not going to see any bull run. The crypto market is rising gradually so let's hope we see a bull run next year but not this year.

In principle, everything is possible. But it’s still unlikely that we will see any dramatic changes in a few weeks of this month. But I am sure that over time the crypto market will be able to improve its position. But the bull run will not happen until the middle of next year, you need to be patient.

Yes, it is increasing the difficulty for miners and lessening the block rewards. In result, this will create deflation and will increase the demand so I'm very positive for next year and after that bull run is imminent.

I agree that now we, in theory, have only reached the bottom, and you should not have false hopes for a sharp rise. Wait you need another year.

There is one proverb that the poor only get rich with thought.  Based on this, it can be assumed that everyone expresses his opinion not as a real fact with definite evidence, but only expresses his opinion or desire.  But in general, I still do not see any prerequisites for the end of this year to show the market a truly green color with high percentages.
