Why people prefer Business over Job?

Ofcourse. But many would find it hard to manage both their personal businesses and jobs at the same time . What they do could do in this case is to find honest & skilled people to manage the businesses for them while  they focus more on their jobs. I know of a gentleman on youtube who is probably contracted by lots people to set up farms and manage them for his clients. That is kind of people the job people could contract to manage their businesses for them so that they could focus their attention on their jobs.

Self-employed will be good if you are sure you can work better than working in the office. You can find many opportunities to make more money from your work and will have many relations related to what you did, especially if you can get the right partner to work with you. As long as you can work hard in any works you want, you will have a chance to get what you want.

In my opinion people prefer business over job. Because on jobs there would be your boss above you. But on the business your boss is you. You don't have to be answerable to anyone.

I have been noticing from last 2-3 years on social media, in-person discussions and on random occasions that people have started too much praising to have a business of your own instead of a job.
Like, sharing business quotes pictures in the executive style. Why is that? I mean, I am a self-made man, I started doing job when I was 16 and until now I am doing the job at a very good place & yeah I can say proudly that I am happy with my life, I am able to pull everything, achieving my personal goals slowly. Yeah, it's true that I spent too much of my time in Office but the question remains the same.

It really makes me sick that people often taunt me with "You should have built your own business until now like, Mr. Dave's son did". WTF?

Why? Is it a disrespect to work for someone?

you only live once so do it according to your wishes without feeling burdened with other people's thoughts.  there is nothing bad about being an employee when you are really satisfied with it, being an entrepreneur is not easy, there are many trials that occur, being an employee is a little more relaxed so don't be burdened with other people's thoughts..

Not everyone is lucky to have a smooth and rapidly growing business with a large income. And not everyone is lucky to get a job as an employee and have an economy that remains stable and sufficient. nah, wages today are terrible they dont adjust to the inflation that is happening all over the world right now. You can start a biz with a low capital especially in the retail industry, buying and selling is a good to start.
