I do not think that. They can still hold as we do. The price of ETH goes down because of the adjustment of the market drivers. The scammers as well as us. They will wait for high prices and will sell. They do not rush because no one can penetrate their wallet.

It's a big reason of ETH crash, scammers abuse ICO to get ETH from us, sell ETH in low price make ETH price falling. Unfortunately we can't stop scammer because we can not do anything to stop them.

Yes scammers can actually affect the prices of a coin and ethereum is no exception from this. If people are losing their coins to scammers from a particular project then you can be sure that they are going to want to move away from that coin and people are not going to want to invest in them. it is one of the major problems we face as cryptocurrency investors

It's hard for us to find good projects, not dumping ETH to sustain their projects, Almost all projects are the same and they need funding to operate, so they will sell all to get as much money as possible

You mean ICOs that are scammers? Because ICOs are constantly selling their collected Ether tokens so thats why price of Ether is still falling the whole year.

If the price is declining it is normal to short your coins to save it`s value somehow. The problem is when many do
this at the same time, then the price  crashes as ETH did. The bearish market had also its influence on this happening.

I believe so because it losses the confidence of traders and investors to invest more due to the proliferation of ico scams. Now the problem proliferates day by day and no solution was provided, this is the sad thing in crypto world.

I think some hackers can affect eth price,because after hacking of exchange they can dump coins.
Also attack 51% can affect market as well
