What happened to the Crypto market?

I don't think that anything horrible happened to the crypto market. it is not very stable but in the nearest future it will be more stable. To my mind, we need to buy coins which we consider more or less stable

Are you sure? Don't you see the current ETH condition is getting worse? Are you going to switch to another, while ETH can happen like this. Indeed, the predictions of cryptocurrency users today proved that eth will be displaced by XRP.

The cryptocurrency trading system is indeed different from real world trade. Every one who gets a profit is certainly someone who is ready to bear the risk of loss. In this case, we as small coin holders only hope there will be a pump later, because we are not able to compete with world investors.

I don't think BCH hardfork can affect to crypto market that much . Last year, when BTC hardfork happened, it even could affect to market that much so how do you think BCH hardfork can? I think it's not the reason for this dump maybe it's just another trap in this year.

I see the current crypto market movement is very bad. The price of Bitcoin dropped dramatically. Altcoin also turns red.

We have all seen a downward trend in the past three days which I believe was never expected to be this bad. Even if people were to sell of their holdings due to the bitcoin cash forking, the whole market was not suppose to be this totally red. I think someone else has to give a better explanation for this in case I have missed something here.

Hopefully this downtrend would stop and hopefully we could see some uptrend soon. The market has given us a chance to invest because they are all cheap right now. With or without bullrun , this a great opportunity to invest. The market with always have it's ups and downs so don't panic.

If you look at the cryptocurrency market, then after the fall in exchange rates a few days ago, the market is now terrible, signaling a recession in 2018 cryptocurrency. I do not expect much in 2018 that will wait until 2019 to see the end of this market, whether it has the future or not?

There's nothing new about another down fall of bitcoin and altcoins at the coinmarketcap, all we need to do is saty cooll don't panic selling study first the sitaution.

And I don't believe the bitcoin cash hardfork has have affect of bitcoin falling dump their price value, i think is a normal for bitcoin because this year isn't for the bitcoin I believe this year is for bitcoin correction.

The cryptocurrency market is indeed all red due to the splitting of bitcoin cash into two. Most people wants to ensure they hold the new coins which was what caused massive sell offs in the cryptocurrency market.

Just saying, well known forks can actually affect the price of the markets. People might start trading their coins for lets say BCH, so that they can take advantage of those forks and get some free coins. This a result will cause the price of the coins that are being traded to get dumped and fall temporarily. But, once when the fork is over, they sell off their forked coins and starts investing back to the coins they had, but this time they buy it cheaper.

Bad will turn into good soon. The market hasn't been too good for everyone and we are sharing the same grief, long term holder or short term. This is not new for everyone but it still gives that feel that we need to flee this market for awhile. The whole world's market is starting to shake and its not cryptocurrency so there's a connection to all of them. If crypto will start into bull run soon, you'll see other markets as going to be a healthy market again.

Nothing so bad. But it was a little unexpected. This correction should be because we have constant growth from Sept. And today all people wait for restoration but I think it will happen not now. And imho Bakkt can't make something good for restore

You are saying that we will be experiencing a great change on 2019. So how did you come to this conclusion? I mean, based on what facts are you saying that drastic changes will take place? Just a random will guess I assume since we didn't not see anything special happening this year. Well, sadly this might not happen (or may) since this is the crypto market. Everything is unpredictable. And price stability is something we might not be seeing anytime soon. Remember, the price depends on the demand and supply. Demand is unlimited (assuming every people born will be using crypto currencies) but the supply is limited (not all though).

The market is obviously influenced by the hard forks of BCH. Some say that the current market downturn is preparing for the upcoming bull market. But I don't think so. I think the price of BTC will go up again. But I don't think bull market will come. It will take a while. But not this year. According to the previous cycle, it often takes 2-3 years for the bull market to come. So let's wait until the end of the year to see what will happen.

 Again crypto is now in a downtrend since Bitcoin is the barometer of all cryptocurrency, the fall of it is the same thing happen to the most altcoins but it gonna be a very usual thing here, remember It's been a while that crypto is hurting so much but still remain standing to uphold storm.
