l think also that he has made a great choice. l hope he will buy a new car, on the other hand, there will be a problem . This post was made in 2018 and ETH has made the highest ATH 2021, no doubt ETH was the best choice and made happy this man if he holds ETH to this day. ETH is the best cryptocurrency for me, indeed the price of ETH is going down nowadays. However, l believe ETH will increase in the near future.

To be honest, a car is an item that is not that important to young people because it requires maintenance costs as well as taxes. a good decision to sell it and buy ETH.

For long term it will continue to rise, but OP's decision is solely based on his satisfaction, if he is satisfied already then he can sell and enjoy the profit. There's no such thing as HODL (hold on for dear life) as we don't live forever, we have to enjoy the fruits of our success and hence we should sell at a definite time.

Also, in the next 3 years, there's no guarantee that ETH will rise.

So just gave a call to someone i knew he was interested since few weeks ago in my girlfriends car, and just sold it for 2000€..nearly 13 ETH at this prices..
maybe for others it is not a lot of money..but for us, it is..no more money left, and living with my parents! hahaha
yes i STILLL BELIEVE IN CRYPTO.. the best is still out there to come in the next 2 years i think..  so with a pair of.. I am  ALL IN

Many of you say i am crazy or stupid and i should be shaking right now... but you are very wrong.. in fact, I am absolutely not nervous or worried. if you read my later posts, you will find i invested my ETH on 4 altcoins, and the value in ETH (not in US$) didnt changed  much for these coins.  Anyway, i assume risks and consequences. ANd the big difference among us, is i am not a mercenary like many of you, that just followed the hype.. i am talking about them who are here for few fast bucks, .. i am different because i am for the longterm as i BELIEVE in blockchain.. and i didnt took this decision as if i was blind or stupid! I did my propper research long time ago, and strongly think crypto will be a standard in the future.. maybe not tomorrow, or next week, or month.. also not next year.. i am not in a hurry!  i think i got everything i need to live...it took most of my life to realize material things wont make me happier.. i dont need much anymore because i found i was already happy   .. I am not interested about lambos, mansions,... I am more interested in a more fair world for everyone. The big fishes (venture capital, banks...) have their profits being cutted, and this makes me really happy! Our life quality will improve in the longterm.. almost everything will be public, transparent and fair...

to be honest this story is the craziest thing I've ever heard apart from pizza buyers who use bitcoin, but in this case I personally will not do it in a hurry without a long analysis because 2000 € is not a small amount of money, especially if you have to sell the car you have, wow it can be a pretty big bet with two choices, if you predict you are right, of course the wealth will be yours and if your prediction is wrong, of course it will make you really crazy

I guess you have staked some of your coins because i guess you are having more than enough coins as you sold a car and that gives you more than enough coins to stake and then earn the profit and i would like to know your target before selling everything,

to sell their house to buy cryptocurrency, this sounds crazy. But if we look at the current performance of crypto, these people can become rich.

Am almost certain the @op since making this thread have sold his bags long ago, lol, it is an achievement when you actually hodl through but we all know that is the difficult aspect of crypto, 
It is one thing to make a post about it and it is entirely different ball game to see it through 

Even if it is just an experiment not supported by real actions, it is still enough to present how cryptocurrency market work.
Also, I would not be surprised if the OP sold Ethereum at even a small profit much earlier. We all know that it is not only about the psychic, but also about life situations that force us to close the investment, often even at a loss.

That doesn't need an explanation, the fact that OP sold a car that he doesn't own, it requires a permission from the owner before the it's considered a legal sale. Don't worry, even if the GF was just force ( assuming), she will be so happy with the current price as they can buy a better car, maybe a house and lot too if they hold longer.
