My altcoins are down... by a lot

all alts in the market might drop a huge percentage in the market due to the dumping situation of most of the participants in the market so expect that phenomenon in the bounty industry.

Most of us are having the same portfolio we are all losing some of our investment because of the continues drop from the market,
If you couldn't make a quick trade to gain some profit from this bear market then you don't have a choice but to hold your crpto's and wait.

Lol. I'm pretty sure all of us are down now. And most can't stomach moving assets when it's mostly going down. So yeah, it may be very hard to swallow but people should try to extend their patience a little more since i don't see us recovering quickly from this.

So I’ve invested a bit of money into altcoins about a year ago, and did a bit of trading but then slowly lost the track of it... Until today, where I found my ledger in my closet and decided to give it another look.
So here I am now looking at my coins , and thinking on what to do... Hold on? Sell?...
I’ve got:

KMD EDG MSP

I’m down about 60% of my investment.

Any advice is appreciated!

If you have trust on your coins then nothing to worry even it suffer to the bottom as those will recover in the right time. Although it's a good strategy to buy more coins while at dip to recover your higher buying price if you have extra capital.

Same here most of my investment are also down to half,
There is nothing I could do right now I don't want to sell it because I would lose a lot from my investment,
Let's just hope that the bull run this December is true,
That is our only hope .

You need to keep hold it and will be terrible plan to move this bearish market It isn't everlastingly and later will be change toward the finish of this current year . As long you have still more persistence , sit tight for it to reocver .

People who invested in altcoin in the last few months lost a lot of money. You need to think well when you are making altbcoin preference and not to rush. I lost too much money too, i dont like bear market

Most if not all the holders are seriously losing now.  I think we should keep holding as those that really benefited from this market last year were those that keeps holding since inception.  I believe that time is very close when were are going to see another bullish trend again.

This probably is not going to help you a lot but it will help you in your future investments, whenever you make an investment you need to keep track of it, you do not need to watch it every hour but at least try to see how your coins are doing once a week, if you do that you will avoid most losses.

I also lost about 80% of my investment  .Now the market is downtrend , most of all the currencies are down a lot , it's normal when your investment are down about 60% of value .  Now I think you should hold it and forgot it for a while  ,it may be 1 year, I think the market will recover or may be longer

The bearish of the cryptocurrency market makes the price bad! And I think the sharp drop at 2018 is temporary and the market will grow in the next year 2019. And this is the necessary thing you can do it now is hold and wait for the bright future.

It is better to hold your altcoins in situation like this even if you bought them at ATH before as what is the point of selling it low now in which it will just ensure your losses. You are not alone in this difficult situation but there are many investors are already lose their capital but if you will just extend your patience then there will be a high chance that you will take back the losses as the market is have been in this situation so many times before but still survived.

the best suggestion would be holding it for a while or better hold it for two year and wait for the market to recover rather than selling it all now and lose more money.

You are not the only one, 90% of all investors have lost large sums in a year and are reinvesting in the hope of returning it all. Another thing is whether it will give them technology or continue  to disappoint.

I think if you sell the altcoin that you have now, then it will make you lose everything. moreover, the current situation does not support making sales. in my opinion, it's better now that you hold the altcoin you have until the altcoin price improves.

Unfortunately, many investors are faced with a similar problem and major financial problems. Now the advice is universal for everyone - you need to be patient and continue to hold your good coins. After all, now prices are at a minimum level, they do not need to be sold.

You totally forgot about man, I suggest uou trow that ledger bavk in your closet or lock it away. You already down 60 percent and forgot that you had an investment i mean letting it sit for a while and check how much it can go is a no brainer. Stick around you might get back your investment then thats the time you think about selling.

Your altcoins only ? No man  , you arent the one that experiencing this problem  because even me and anyone are also affected with it . the best thing you can do is to hodl them but if you badly need some cash , then i think it is okay to sell some  . just dont forget to re purchase again whenever you already have the cash and whenever there is another dip  . goodluck

Well all I can really say is to hold these coins, simply because they are already so low in value that you will not be able to get the satisfaction that you want by selling it at a very low price. Just keep it and wait for the prices to go up. That is what many people are saying here and that is what I am going to say.
