i think you are very right. i dont really know what you mean by step by step, but i think you are talking about averaging the buy.in price. if this is the case, this is exactly what i would do. buy some bitcoins and some altcoins, in a fifty fifty percentage, i guess, every two weeks ,or everytime you see a big price decreasement on coinmarketcap. prices could go back up in the future, and i really hope this is the case

IMO it is still good time to buy back every btc or even some top alts but for me I prefer for doing this as short term investment. Still so risky for doing long term investment at this moment, the market are still so sensitive nowadays. Maybe I'll think to make long term investment after SEC news, or wait & see how this quartal performance.
