Record falling. What to do?

in 2018 bitcoin has provided many lessons for all crypto holders because prices fell far to reach $ 3800 and many FUDs occurred and uncertainties caused by ETFs and other problems. if you want to invest then do it now because you will buy very cheap and will be a good capital for long-term investment

When it fells one thing should be remembered is that their is a huge opportunity to buy the coins at lower rate and as bitcoin always bounce back this is the time where you can make money during the rise and help you become more wealthier or at least recover the losses.

Sell it. As an investor you should be mature enough to accept losses and start a new investment at the start you should be aware that not because you invest, you're going to earn risk is always present.

So instead of waiting for it to recover i should just accept my lost, invest to a new coin and do a day trading and recover my lost. Because if I Hold my current assets there's a chance that it might lose further its value, isn't?

Nothing can be done here. I'm getting out. Maybe if will fall to $2000 indeed. I'm moving out my money to USDT and wait til the price dip to less than a $2k I guess. I'd have to sell. I need money anyway the coins I got from bounties will still be here anyway. You guys should help bitcoin drop to $2000. For me much better to do it earlier than waiting until the value fall deeper, there are many investors taking early selling that is why the value is continuous dropping and they are waiting for the big changes in the value before buying bitcoin again, as of now i am still praying that value will recover sooner and it would be a Christmas gift to all of us.

Because of the bear market, the only way I can do to my crypto assets is to hodl it and wait until its value rises again. I am a patient person.

I believe for anyone who can study the market, you can just simply follow the whales when trying to invest long into the market as well. Just watch out for the huge bounce back with volume and I am sure, you won't miss when you should be getting in.

Price action right now is necessary, the market could still have a good chance of going lower at least up to $3k and even if there ends up being more, it would be to just buy more as time goes on. It is not a bad idea for accumulation right now, which is something I expect most people to be doing now anyway.

Well you then made some wise decision. But I hope you have started buying back the crypto now with the prices being so low and you would not like to miss this buying opportunity before the price take off and become expensive again and you regret of being selling all the assets before and not buying now.

Trust bro, I would not be surprised if we get to see a lot of people in this space right now doing that. When the market starts showing signs of recovery and probably has bounced to the level of $10k and some have sold at the dip at loss, and still out, that is when you will start seeing threads like should I be buying now, as I have missed the dip?

Anyone that does not know what to be doing at this point in the market right now which is either to be holding or buying more, I wonder when they will get to figure that out eventually.

I consider myself a long term holder and to this date I have not sold my bitcoin so even with this crash I am not going to begin to do it, and the reason for me is simple even if the price of bitcoin is completely unpredictable in the short term there is some predictability on its long term movements and it is obvious to me the price of 20000 is not going to be the highest price that bitcoin will reach.

I'm long time with Bitcoin and I have no intentions to quit now. I consider myself to be long term supporter that is well aware good and bad moments that Bitcoin had and will have in the future and my suggestion is to keep holding.
This is not the last bad situation for Bitcoin users and probably not even the worst but everyone has to find it's own goal and own strategy with Bitcoin and hold to that. Be prepared for every scenario and always calculate the risk but don't give up.

Well the best we can do to our crypto assets is to hold and grab the opportunity to buy more in the market because this time is great time to buy more crypto coins. And be calm to what happening in the market specifically in bitcoin price.

I understand that everyone is disappointed with such large price drops in the entire cryptocurrency market, but we must understand and accept that this is a high-risk market and things like this happen.

Riiiiight. So people have to prepare for various scenarios before they make an investment hence again the importance of making your own research and studies. People who are looking at the bigger picture are probably less concerned and are even seeing something positive to come out of this steep drop.

I am saving that table for future reference, to me the most important aspect of that table is the crash in 2015 and how it took a huge amount of time for the correction to be complete, it took more than a year and the price crashed more than 80%, we are seeing the same thing happening again, so this is nothing new and all of those that sell their coins will regret it in the future.

Yes. Learn from your mistakes. That's rule number one. Everyone had their own story in this year (and maybe lets add in last years December into that) and we all lived in a different life in a different situation so what I learned this year doesn't really mean anything to you because what I learned is so much different and doesn't apply to what you have been this year.

Hence, everyone had their own mistakes and their own problems and all should learn from it. If you can go back to the whole year and without any hype or emotions just check without any doubt what you did wrong and where you did wrong, you can improve it next year. Even if 2019 is not a good year, you have been in a bad year and learned from your mistakes so your 2019 will be alright without any mistake you already know how to avoid.
