So, they don't even understand the speculation market. It needs a lot of time to build a momentum to make a lot of these speculators FOMO to the crypto. the bad trend of crypto will always be happening when crypto gets a big increase. you can take CMC as the best example and how the PnD coin was getting a huge dump after a huge increase.

I agree that it is very difficult for us to see the bull running this year. This will be a disappointing year. I hope that next year we can hear some good news about crypto. If the Bitcoin ETF is approved, it may reverse the current market downturn.

you are wrong. this "many people" whom you are talking about have been expecting a bull run (aka pump) in altcoin market almost every month in the past 11 months. if you check their topics you can see that there is at least a dozen of them each month talking about how the bull run is going to happen in that month.

you are wrong.
bitcoin is always in a bull run if you zoom out. in short term (if you want to call it bull runs) it started in late 2016 and ended after a couple of months in 2017 then we had multiple smaller bull runs that summed up the $20k.
as for altcoins their pumps are usually shorter and happen every month. there was no end of the year pump but the whole year pump.

well the problem is that altcoins are still in bubbles so they need to get dumped a lot more to reach bottom.

like always you are making the common mistake of seeing the whole 2000+ altcoins as a whole! the fact is that the dumps are mostly happening for the top altcoins. otherwise the smaller altcoins have been getting pumps (bull runs) all year long!!!
