For trader and for investor don't exist right price. But we can make it more sweet. If you think that price is good buy for part of your funds. For example 50% of lot for this coin. And other 50% will be used when price will be cheaper if it will happen. If no you will have more BTC or funds for other coins

The prices went even lower than the last years' dip right before the bull market. However, the BCH hard fork with its Hash Wars doesn't seem to bring any clarity or stability to the market.

So the question is following: would the market still go down or not much more and it would make sense to start shopping?

With the current position of momentum's Indicators I think bitcoin and altcoins are still going down.  Most of them are at the oversold area but has no significant power to make any significant upwards movement.  If you want to buy at the bottom then you should still wait as bitcoin might get to $3,000 before any recovering might take place and that might still be till January or February 2019. However,  buying at the current price did not mean you have made a wrong decision about the market as we are having the lowest price throughout the year and if you are a long-term investor then now is the right time to buy.

We're not in the bottom yet, but the risk is getting more higher and higher. Though the market still going down but it still there is money and we can generate it through market strategies.
We can certainly buy more if we feel good on it and never think on quick returns otherwise you just feel disappointments.

The market value are still on continuous downfall at this moment so investing still is not advisable. No recovery still is bekng felt by the cryptos in the market which is quite unfortunate knowing that the year is about to end and it simply means that the negative market behavior may be reflected to the market next year . It's depends on the people's decisions when is the best time to grab the opportunity, i suggest before end of this year make sure they buy bitcoin or altcoins to ready and welcome for the 2019 year of better economic for cryptocurrency.

Portfolio with 10-15 alcoins is OK for medium or big investors but if you are a beginner or small player you should focus on smaller number of altcoins. What's the point of having 15 altcoins if they worth 20-30 USD each. You will never make decent money. People who don't have a lot of fiat should invest more time in research and choose the project with the biggest potential.
